The Trade Show & Event Manager is a key contributor to the success of Wolters Kluwer’s global events portfolio. This role is responsible for independently managing complex, high-impact events from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. This role may require the management of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including internal meetings, client-facing activations, and strategic conferences. These events are typically Tier 1 and 2.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure flawless delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, communications, and executive stakeholders to define event objectives and success metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events, managing logistics, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors, including venues, production teams, and creative partners, as needed.
Ensure all events reflect brand integrity, meet compliance standards, and deliver a high-quality attendee experience.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects, including budgets, timelines, and final reconciliations.
Be a champion of team-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and service excellence.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree or related experience
Travel: 50% primarily in the US and EMEA, and additional global travel as needed

Compensation $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
