Description—NoLimitsCareer & Consulting (NLCC), LLC is seeking an experienced Fractional HR Consultant to provide part-time, on-site HR support to one of our clients — a Denver-area organization. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, 10-12 hours per week over 6-7 months, with one day on-site and the remainder worked remotely. The ideal candidate brings broad HR generalist expertise, is comfortable operating independently, and knows how to guide people and organizations through transition. Payroll and benefits administration are not within scope. Contract Rate: $35-55 per hour What will you do
HR Strategy & Advisory Employee Relations & Performance Change Management & Leadership Coaching Qualifications
Required Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus) 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives Solid knowledge of federal and Colorado employment law Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be based in the Denver metro area — reliable transportation required for weekly on-site visits Preferred Prior fractional, consulting, or contract HR experience Experience with Paylocity Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses is advantageous
