Role Overview Head of Enterprise Applications within the Corporate Technology team. Responsibilities include strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of the company’s core business platforms—CRM, workflow and automation (ServiceNow), and financial systems. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Technology, the leader will drive a modern, integrated, automation‑enabled application ecosystem that supports revenue growth, financial operations, and enterprise‑wide efficiency.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise applications strategy across CRM, financial systems, and workflow platforms.

Own and evolve Salesforce as the core revenue platform, alongside ServiceNow and financial systems.

Drive enterprise‑wide automation and workflow transformation initiatives.

Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance teams and corporate leaders to align technology with business priorities.

Establish product ownership, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across all applications.

Lead integration strategy across enterprise platforms in alignment with architecture standards.

Identify opportunities to scale and optimize Salesforce capabilities to support growth.

Partner with AI Enablement to embed intelligent automation and AI‑driven features into platforms.

Optimize vendor relationships, licensing, and total cost of ownership.

Build and lead a high‑performing applications organization with clear accountability.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading enterprise applications or business systems at scale.

Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem is required.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow, financial systems, and enterprise workflows.

Proven track record of scaling CRM platforms in complex environments.

Experience leading multi‑platform enterprise application portfolios.

Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.

Able to operate strategically while driving execution and measurable outcomes.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Pega (BPM) is a plus.

Benefits The base salary range is $200,000 to $230,000. iCapital offers a compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: employer‑matched retirement plan; fully employer‑paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling; parental leave; unlimited paid time off. The work schedule is Monday‑Thursday in the office with Friday remote flexibility.
