Intern, Sales Operations - Vehicle Administration - Summer 2026 This position is within the C4-US-V-11 Vehicle Administration team.

Located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from Summer 2026 Full-Time June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026.

Assist Vehicle Administration with day-to-day tasks preparing toll and moving violation documents, titling and registering vehicles, preparing inter-company mail, analyzing employee mileage statistics, Sales Summary Report.

Responsibilities

Download and prepare daily sales summary data and report

Assist with moving and toll violation notifications

Assist with titling and registration of employee company cars

Help the sales team reach their overall monthly sales target by planning inbound production, managing the pipeline, and retiring vehicles once their internal use has been completed

Assist with tolls and violations analysis, titling and registrations, and both regular and ad-hoc reporting

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university

Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)

Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior

Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript

Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)

Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)

Hybrid work environment

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30.

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20.
