Associate Creative Producer, Brand Creative

The base salary range for this position is $65,600 - $88,560. Compensation may vary based on location and experience. Deadline:

Job Summary The Associate Creative Producer is the Creative team member responsible for achieving and maintaining the artistic and creative vision and for ensuring the implementation of that vision through the project life cycle of key Brand Creative initiatives, large and small. The Associate Producer manages the execution of all creative deliverables and collaborates with other project leads to achieve cohesive objectives. They act as the day-to-day manager of the creative team on assigned projects, supervising workloads of staff, vendors, collaborating artists, and consultants, and determining strategies to ensure the successful completion of all deliverables. They must be proficient in guiding and articulating the concepts and experiences that define the project's creative vision, and motivate involved teams who provide input and support to its development. They must be steadfast and strategic within Meow Wolf’s collaborative model. Key Responsibilities Define the scope of creative deliverables, adhering to the scope, schedule, and budget defined by the Project Leadership Develop and manage resource plans, estimates, and schedules for creative deliverables in collaboration with the project leads and key stakeholders Effectively sets and manages creative budgets and schedules throughout the whole scope of the project Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize the creative scope of the project and creative delivery options Communicate clear and concise project creative updates to all project team members and stakeholders Maintain presentation and communication materials Hire and manage outside creative consultants as required by the needs of the Creative Director and/or Design Lead with oversight from the Snr Production Manager. Write scopes of work, including exhibits, and clearly define deliverables for creative consultants, then work with procurement to contract for their services Required Qualifications BA or BS in theater, film, design, or an entertainment and art-oriented field preferred, or equivalent work experience Thorough knowledge of the creative process and deliverables Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, organizational, and creative thinking Excellent understanding of Location-Based / Themed Entertainment industries and their production pipelines Proven leadership ability to bring together artistic and creative professionals from diverse backgrounds with cross-functional leadership experience Experience with temporary and pop-up brand activations and experiences Strong soft skills and ability to work with ambiguity and to create and manage processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments to advance artistic and storytelling initiatives Ability to articulate creative intent and artistic vision to all levels of the organization Ability to develop strong partnerships across all divisions of the project departments Work Environment and Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, education, training, and experience required. Work Environment The Associate Producer, Brand Creative works primarily in a collaborative office or studio environment and collaborates with creative, marketing, production, and cross-functional teams. This role may require time in production environments such as event sites, installation spaces, filming locations, or other creative workspaces. Occasional travel to support brand activations, content creation, exhibitions, or company events may be required. Work typically during regular business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends to meet production timelines or event schedules. Physical Demands Physical demands are generally light and consistent with a professional office environment. The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, attending meetings, and reviewing creative materials, with occasional standing or walking during production activities. Lifting or moving materials up to 25 pounds may be required. Clear verbal and written communication is required to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners. The employee will comply with company and OSHA safety protocols. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Work Schedule This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm MT or 10 am to 6 pm MST, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends based on business needs, and travel to off-site locations as required. Supervisor Responsibilities This position does not require supervisory responsibility. Travel This position will require some travel (10%–25%).
