Use laptop and remote tools to provide timely assistance.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

No cold calling, soliciting or prospecting required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Resident of New York or New Jersey, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
Strong people‑oriented communication skills.
Organized, multitasking, and able to work efficiently as part of a remote team.
Coach‑able, goal‑orientated with integrity and ethics.
Advanced proficiency in English; advanced Spanish is a plus.
No prior experience required.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $20,000 – $125,000 per year.
Stock options.
