
Remote Marketing Generalist (India)

About The Role
Rex.zone is hiring a Remote Marketing Generalist based in India to execute and optimize full‑funnel, multi‑channel marketing programs across content, SEO, email, paid media, and social. You will partner with product and sales to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue through experimentation, reporting, and iterative improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and launch integrated campaigns across content, SEO, email, paid, and social
Write and publish landing pages, blog posts, email sequences, and ad copy
Support marketing operations: UTM hygiene, CRM/marketing automation coordination, and lead routing support
Run A/B tests for landing pages, CTAs, subject lines, and creative
Monitor KPIs (CAC, CPL, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, retention signals) and build clear performance readouts
Conduct lightweight market/competitor research to improve positioning and messaging
Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and stakeholder updates
Required Qualifications
Mid‑Senior experience delivering results across multiple marketing channels
Strong written communication for content and lifecycle messaging
Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals, on‑page optimization, and keyword intent
Experience supporting paid campaigns and creative iteration
Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting (funnels, cohorts, attribution basics)
Comfort collaborating across time zones and managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with B2B SaaS or product‑led growth
Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo equivalents)
Landing page builders and basic HTML/CSS are a plus
Comfort using AI tools for research and drafting while maintaining brand quality
