
Manager of Marketing - Tampa (Hybrid)

The Manager of Marketing leads the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth for our EHR solutions. This role manages multi-channel initiatives targeting healthcare providers and organizations, with a focus on lead generation, digital strategy, and event marketing. Note: This manager will not have direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, web, social, webinars, and paid media) to generate qualified leads and support sales growth. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights. Manage corporate website strategy, including SEO, user experience, LinkedIn branding, and lead generation performance. Partner with CRM/marketing automation teams (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion processes. Plan and execute internal company meetings, conferences, trade shows, or customer events, including logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up. Create and edit marketing content for campaigns, website, social media, and sales materials, ensuring alignment with brand and healthcare compliance standards. Oversee project timelines, budgets, vendors, and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-time execution. Maintain marketing assets and support strategic marketing calendar planning and other initiatives as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field) 5–7+ years of marketing experience Prior experience with A/V handling for internal corporate events and conferences Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Experience with digital marketing, CRM/marketing automation tools, and campaign execution Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies Healthcare industry experience and/or graphic design skills are a plus
