Enterprise Account Executive .
This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to work at the cutting edge of supply chain innovation, collaborating with leading global brands, tackling complex commercial challenges, and influencing how an entire industry operates.
Location: New Jersey/New York (office in Jersey City). Hybrid work situation, coming into office around 1-2 days a week if necessary - to be decided together with manager.
Key Responsibilities Engage & Connect
Build meaningful relationships with senior decision‑makers at some of the world’s largest companies. Deeply understand their supply chain complexities and procurement workflows to unlock value through Xeneta’s platform, sharpening skills in value‑based selling, ROI analysis, and executive communication.
Educate & Inform
Become an industry credible voice guiding stakeholders toward smarter, data‑led decisions by combining market knowledge with Xeneta’s data insights.
Be a Consultative Partner
Work alongside clients to identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities, and achieve business goals with Xeneta’s solutions. Grow strategic thinking, influence change, and become a trusted advisor.
Collaborate to Succeed
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine the offering and share front‑line insights, shaping the company’s evolution.
Provide feedback that directly influences go‑to‑market strategy; help write the playbook, not just execute it.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Your Background
5–7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B sales, ideally with long‑cycle, value‑based selling.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight in some capacity.
Preferably experience working in a fast‑paced start‑up or scale‑up environment.
Comfort and credibility when engaging with VP‑ and C‑level executives on strategic initiatives.
Strong command of Salesforce and data‑informed sales approaches.
Experience using modern sales tools (Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, 6sense, UserGems).
Proven ability to navigate long deal cycles and prioritize actions that move the needle.

Salary range:
Base salary is $100,000 – $160,000 per year, with OTE/total compensation that includes a variable, performance‑based component. This follows a 50/50 split between base and commission pay, meaning OTE range is $200,000 – $320,000. Commission is uncapped.
