What Makes This Role Great In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for distributor success across America's Civil Construction and Marine divisions, directly influencing the adoption of sustainable construction technology and shaping the future of global infrastructure development.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Spearhead the regional sales strategy by coaching and developing distributor teams to exceed performance targets.
Drive the digital evolution of the industry by accelerating the transition toward innovative subscription models.
Act as a high-impact consultant for channel partners, optimizing their organizational structure and market approach through data-driven analytics.
Lead high-level engagement with major accounts, delivering compelling educational presentations that showcase the Trimble Way of working.
Collaborate directly with product teams to influence the future roadmap of hardware and software solutions based on real-world market intelligence.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in consultative solution sales with a focus on delivering complex technical value.
Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent industry experience.
Proven communicator who can build deep, influential relationships with both end-users and executive-level channel partners.
Strong grasp of the construction or civil engineering domain, specifically regarding site development and infrastructure.
Bonus Points For
Previous experience in channel development or managing advanced technology distribution networks.
Familiarity with TPaaS or similar subscription-based business models.
Logistics Location: California, West Coast/PNW
Travel Requirement: up to 50%/remote when not traveling
Work Travel locations: West coast, PNW, Western Canada
Compensation Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: $94,780.00-$130,550.00
