Agency Services Representative

As an
Agency Services Representative , you will be at the center of our operations—ensuring the seamless processing of commercial surety transactions while supporting agents and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment and enjoys becoming a subject matter expert in systems and processes.
What You’ll Do as an Agency Services Representative
Process complex new business, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements using electronic bond purchasing systems
Prepare and distribute documents via email or mail to appropriate parties
Assist agents in navigating electronic bond systems and the company website
Communicate with branch personnel, field teams, agents, and principals to resolve transaction questions
Monitor transactions and manually update system records as needed
Review daily and monthly reports, identifying errors and notifying appropriate personnel
Oversee recurring projects and ensure timely, accurate completion
Update agency billing defaults and process transactions efficiently
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proofreading and data accuracy skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
