About the Role Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral content? Austin Capital Bank is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to be the vibrant voice of our brand and products across social media. You'll be instrumental in making our innovative offerings household names. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, mission-driven communicator and social media expert to drive significant brand awareness and engagement.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end content creation, from concept to publication
Develop and publish compelling, engaging content for our key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
Actively monitor social platforms, fostering community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
Collaborate seamlessly with designers, copywriters, and the wider marketing team to align on campaigns and brand messaging
Contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of our social media content calendar
Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our content is always fresh and relevant
Who You Are
You have 2-4 years of proven experience in social media content creation and community management
You are a master of short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks) and understand what makes it tick
You possess an expert‑level understanding of social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices for community engagement
You're a skilled writer with a diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to adapt to various brands and channels
You have genuine enthusiasm for social media and a keen eye for emerging trends
You have experience publishing content across all major social media platforms for a brand
Bonus Points: A passion for personal finance and fintech is a definite plus!
