Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Stratford, CT. This is not a clock‑in, clock‑out job. You are not expected to be at the office all day. This role is for someone to be out in the field making connections face to face. This is for someone who wants to build real income, control their schedule, and get paid based on performance. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets for window, door, and glass system maintenance and services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. Exceptional customer service and a client‑focused mindset are integral to success in this role.
What you’ll be doing
Generating your own leads across Connecticut, and NYC
Meeting with property managers, building owners, and homeowners
Selling maintenance plans, repair work, and replacement projects
Building long‑term relationships that turn into repeat business
Managing your pipeline and closing deals consistently

Qualifications
Sales experience is a plus, but mindset matters more
High Energy, Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable being on the road daily
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools, or willingness to learn
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in the construction, building maintenance, or property management sectors is a plus
Willingness to travel locally and work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High School Diploma
