Role Description
This full-time hybrid role as an Account Executive is based in Miami, FL and offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and meeting revenue objectives. Additional duties include identifying customer needs, closing sales, maintaining records in the CRM system, and representing SCI Direct brands with professionalism and empathy. The role requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping families plan with peace of mind. Qualifications
Proven experience in client relationship management and lead generation Strong sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and closing deals Ability to manage a CRM system and maintain accurate client records Capable of delivering compelling sales presentations and providing informative consultation Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing compassionate service Knowledge of the end-of-life planning industry or experience in a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
