We're hiring a Paid Media & Growth Specialist — and we're ready to move fast.
Maybe you've been running campaigns at an agency and you're tired of doing it for someone else's brand. This is the first performance marketing hire at our fast-growing company. There's no playbook, no inherited ad accounts, no existing strategy. You're building it. You'll work directly with our CEO (former VP of Global Brand Management at Caesars Entertainment) who sets the strategic direction. You bring the technical execution, the hands-on campaign management, and the hunger to turn budget into growth.
Impulse Alarm is a technology-driven home security and financial technology company. Nearly half our team are full-stack developers building proprietary platforms. AI tools are part of our daily workflow. If you're excited about what AI can do for growth marketing, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Own paid media execution
across Meta, TikTok, X, Google/YouTube, and whatever platform is next — you're hands-on in the accounts every day Build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns:
audience targeting, bidding strategy, creative testing, landing page optimization Manage and allocate paid media budgets
to maximize ROAS across channels Use AI tools daily
to generate ad copy variants, analyze performance data, research audiences, and accelerate your workflow Build performance dashboards and reporting
so the team can see what's working in real time Collaborate across teams ( content, sales, affiliate) to make sure paid media fits into the bigger growth picture Work directly with the CEO

as the team scales, you'll have opportunities to take on broader growth responsibilities, including the potential to manage people and shape marketing strategy Who You Are
You've spent real money on real campaigns. Maybe it's 1–3 years of hands-on experience, maybe less — but you've been in the ad platforms, you've watched campaigns perform (and fail), and you know the difference between a click and a conversion. A degree is nice but irrelevant if you can show us results. Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on at least one major platform. You've actually spent budget, not just studied it You don't need to know every platform on day one, but you're confident you can learn any of them. This role works across Meta, TikTok, X, Google/YouTube, and whatever's next Comfortable with (or excited about) AI tools: you already use them or you can't wait to start You're energized by building something from scratch, not inheriting a playbook You learn fast, figure things out on your own, and don't wait to be told what to do Who Thrives Here
