What You Will Get To Do
Lead the design and development of a wide range of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, brochures, whitepapers, event collateral, and infographics.
Translate complex financial and technological concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively to refine designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and recommend innovative solutions.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth and development.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of SS&C's visual brand identity and style guide.
What You Will Bring
Must have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment (2+ years with master’s degree, 5+ years with bachelor’s degree, 10+ years with high school diploma).
Experience in B2B financial services and technology industries is a significant plus.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is essential.
Advanced skills with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and the ability to create visually impactful and brand‑aligned presentations.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
