About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Brand to take on a pivotal role in defining and driving the brand's voice, vision, and creative output. This senior leadership position is at the crossroads of brand strategy, creative direction, and marketing execution, with a focus on shaping the brand's perception in the market and its connection with the target audience. The successful candidate will be a strategic brand architect and a hands-on creative leader, responsible for owning the brand strategy, setting and maintaining the creative vision across all consumer touchpoints, and leading the development of the brand's visual identity and design language. They will also be accountable for driving marketing strategy and campaign development, ensuring that the brand's performance-first identity is authentically represented in all content and storytelling.

Applicants for the VP of Brand role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 12 years' of experience in brand strategy, creative direction, or integrated marketing, particularly within performance, athletic, or premium lifestyle brands. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of building or evolving brands with creative conviction, exceptional skills in brand strategy, visual direction, campaign development, copywriting, and content, and a deep understanding of the performance and training landscape. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive storyteller, comfortable with ambiguity, and resourceful in lean environments. A personal passion for training, athletics, or an active lifestyle is strongly preferred, as is the ability to operate at both the strategic and executional levels, and to partner cross-functionally to ensure brand intent is embedded in the product experience.
