We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help generate pipeline and identify new opportunities as the company scales its presence in the US market. This role focuses on outbound prospecting into mid market and early enterprise organisations, identifying opportunities where the company’s technology services can support transformation, modernisation, and large-scale IT initiatives. You’ll play an important role in opening conversations with senior decision-makers, creating qualified opportunities, and supporting the growth of the US sales function. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building pipeline through strategic outbound activity and contributing to a growing international organisation entering a new phase of expansion. Responsibilities

Build outbound pipeline through targeted prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and calls) Identify and engage enterprise accounts across key industries Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders Research target accounts and personalise outreach messaging Maintain accurate pipeline activity within the CRM Work closely with leadership to support the company’s US go-to-market strategy What We’re Looking For

Experience in a BDR / SDR / Business Development role within B2B technology or IT services Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers Self-motivated and able to operate in a fast-growing environment The Offering
