Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Sales professional based in Cabot, AR, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing. The candidate will also assist in training and mentoring team members while managing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proven experience and results‑driven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to provide Training and mentorship for team development
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in logistics or supply chain operations preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with transportation brokerage regulations and processes is advantageous
