Seasonal Sales Support Specialist (Remote)

We are currently seeking an energetic Seasonal Sales Support team member. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our Sales Support team and other cross‑functional departments, assisting our Outside Sales Representatives and our customers in multiple capacities. Successful candidates will have extensive administrative experience, a talent for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment and the ability to excel in a supporting role. Sales experience is not required.
A day on the job looks like this:
Complete various tasks to support the Sales Support team, ensuring CCPs are processed correctly and efficiently.
Monitor various reports to track stock, back orders and holds.
Assist with customer requests, including invoice needs, shipping requests and tracking information.
Support stock and inventory requests.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Work efficiently to solve any issues that may arise.
Ensure projects are completed to satisfy all stakeholders.
Compose various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communications with all end users.

2+ years of experience in customer support.
Strong sense of urgency and a “can‑do” attitude.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks is required.
Compensation:
For employees residing in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, pay is based on local market wages. For employees outside those counties, pay is based on national market wages. New hires are typically brought in at an hourly rate between $19.50 and $22.00, depending on experience and skill set. This range is indicative of the projected hiring range. Annual base compensation will take into account each candidate’s relevant experience, location and skill set.
