Sales Manager Automotive

Main responsibilities

Drive sustainable business growth by owning and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and opportunity identification to deal negotiation and closing.

Develop and expand long-term relationships with automotive customers and key stakeholders through regular on-site visits, presentations, and strategic discussions.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and global sales teams to shape product direction, support customer requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Manage the assigned territory autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion.

Support global collaboration by working cross-regionally to align strategies and secure international business opportunities.

Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Required qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing and growing relationships with customers that have a global footprint.

Strong track record of working with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers, understanding their processes and requirements.

Knowledge of cellular communication technologies is an advantage.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-functional teams.

3+ years of experience in automotive sales, successfully driving business growth and managing complex sales cycles.
