YOUR PROFILE

Proven creative leader with 8–10 years of experience in experiential marketing, branding, or integrated creative environments.

Visionary thinker with a track record of turning strategy into culturally resonant creative ideas.

Well‑rounded creative who balances strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, comfortable both directing the work and actively contributing to it.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 50% CAMPAIGN LEADERSHIP & CREATIVE DIRECTION Translate Strategy into Bold, Executable Ideas

Lead all creative development for brand activations, integrated campaigns, and immersive experiences across verticals (lifestyle, beauty, CPG, fashion, sports, etc.), concepting through rapid production.

Own creative vision across multiple projects—developing concept, messaging, and visual approach in collaboration with strategy and production.

Produce floor plans, renderings, technical documentation, and design presentations.

Craft and present client‑facing decks that balance storytelling and strategic clarity.

Champion innovation and originality while maintaining feasibility and brand integrity.

Serve as primary creative lead on high‑priority accounts or campaigns.

Stay close to the work, ensuring ideas are not only strong conceptually but executed with craft, clarity, and cultural relevance.

Collaborate closely with production teams and client service teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.

Participate in site visits, installs, and walkthroughs to maintain design integrity.

Maintain organized design files and documentation across projects.

Quality control, creative excellence with the highest attention to details.

Working directly with third‑party vendors or partner agencies to execute client programs.

Communicate with fabricators, ensuring all designs are produced with integrity and on budget.

Measured By:

Quality and originality of creative output across client work.

Client feedback and approval of creative direction.

On‑time delivery and internal alignment across teams.

Recognition via awards, press, or internal leadership praise.

Demonstrated ability to both lead and elevate the work through direct creative contribution.

30% TEAM MENTORSHIP & CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP Elevate the Creative Team, Processes, and Culture

Mentor junior and mid‑level creatives, offering consistent feedback, structure, and development opportunities.

Act as a player‑coach, leading creative direction while actively contributing to concepting, storytelling, and key executional moments.

Present concepts to internal teams with clarity and confidence. Pitch to clients and display a leading voice during all client meetings.

Partner closely with strategy, production, and account leads to ensure alignment from concept through execution.

Help define and evolve internal creative processes, templates, and review structures.

Lead reviews, pitches, or cross‑department syncs.

Model a hands‑on, creative approach, setting the standard for both thinking and execution within the team.

Measured By:

Growth and retention of creative talent.

Efficiency and clarity of internal creative workflow.

Feedback from cross‑functional teammates.

Demonstrated leadership and maturity within the creative department.

Team output reflects both strong direction and elevated executional quality.

20% CLIENT PARTNERSHIP & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Act as a Strategic Creative Partner

Serve as a trusted creative lead with select clients, ensuring concepts align with brand goals and deliver ROI.

Represent the creative department in client meetings, reviews, and status calls.

Support business development efforts with idea generation, pitch materials, and presentations.

Identify organic growth opportunities and pitch innovative creative solutions.

Bring a strong, current point of view on culture, content, and emerging platforms into client conversations.

Measured By:

Strength of client relationships and feedback.

Contribution to organic growth and pitch wins.

Increased trust and visibility as a creative leader internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS Education: 8–10 years in creative roles within experiential, brand, or agency settings, with demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional and client‑facing work.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a senior design role, which includes leading creative development, managing projects, and mentoring junior designers.

Skills:

Mastery in concepting, storytelling, and translating strategy into compelling creative.

Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills, both visually and verbally.

Experience leading teams and managing client expectations.

Advanced proficiency with industry tools (Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google Slides) and creative processes from ideation to execution.

Strong proficiency with 3D programs or AI‑powered creative tools to support ideation, concept development, mood boards, and visualisation workflows.

A significant portfolio showcasing work for luxury, premium, or high‑end lifestyle brands.

A hybrid in‑office/remote team requires three in‑office days per week, two work‑remotely days.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, eligibility for an annual bonus, healthcare contributions, and a cell phone stipend.
