Client Representative – Business Insurance
A Day in the Life
As our Client Representative on the Business Insurance team, you will provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients. Additionally, you will balance the workload of your own book of business while supporting the larger and more complex accounts of the client service team. The ability to work independently and on a team is critical in this role.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients.
Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.
Bachelor's degree in a business related field. (Optional)
Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months). (Optional)
