iCare is seeking In-House Counsel to assist the company’s Chief Legal Officer in supporting the various legal needs of the company’s managed nursing facilities. The position is full-time (40 hours) hybrid, based in Manchester, with travel throughout Connecticut and periodic travel outside of Connecticut.

Corporate/governance
Litigation (collections, employment, general liability)
Employment law
Contracts
Probate
Regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills (writing sample required)
Admission to Connecticut bar (additional admission to Massachusetts bar preferred but not required)
5+ years of litigation experience at a law firm
Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily-regulated health care environment
