The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs, and actively contributing to improving the customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong ability to enhance Customer Experience and uphold Customer Service standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Tech-savviness and familiarity with CRM or customer support tools
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
