We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing our affiliate programs. Some of the key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new partners, maintaining ongoing relationships as well as analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas of improvement to increase profitability.

Responsibilities
Identify and recruit relevant partners/publishers through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, etc. to optimize for user acquisition
Identify and recommend new channels and traffic/customer acquisition opportunities
Develop and manage successful/profitable affiliate campaigns targeting our CPA, ROAS & LTV:CAC goals
Actively consult with key affiliate partners on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending optimization opportunities and implementing additional products/services to promote
Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends to make data‑based decisions
Manage communications between technical and creative teams
Analyze reporting, as well as partner insights, to recommend strategic improvements
Collaborate with the growth and management team to manage user conversion and engagement with the goal of increasing traffic from various channels
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing Management and Digital Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience
Familiar with various marketing methods and Affiliate Marketing
A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms
Understanding of web‑based and/or mobile technology
Data‑driven and analytical to assess marketing and business goals
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Deadline and detail‑oriented
Schedule
