About The Role We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive productivity and efficiency by managing lead qualification, data entry and analysis, and operational support. This position partners closely with growth and revenue leadership to streamline workflows, ensure we have accurate pipeline records, and provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Manage sales data integrity, including CRM administration, and ensure accurate pipeline recordkeeping
Perform outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads
Develop, implement, and refine sales processes and best practices to improve team efficiency
Partner with Growth and Revenue leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Support resource allocation for new business opportunities
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting capabilities
About You The essentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and project management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Not a Must, But a Plus
Experience in and/or knowledge of the digital marketing industry

This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered will be determined based on job-related factors and will not be based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status. Salary Range: $69,000—$81,000 USD
