We're hiring a Product Manager to own user activation and growth—turning new signups into engaged, paying customers.
This is a high-impact role tied directly to revenue. You'll improve onboarding, run experiments, and drive measurable growth across our product‑led engine.
We move fast, prioritize outcomes, and give real ownership.
What the Role Requires
2–4 years of product experience
Demonstrated experience working with product metrics such as activation, conversion, or retention
Hands‑on support of engineering efforts, project management and documentation
Experience working on SaaS or digital products
Solid technical foundation
Experience working cross‑functionally
Comfortable with analytics tools
Nice to Have
Exposure to product‑led growth or freemium models
Experience with A/B testing or experimentation
Familiarity with tools like Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel
SMB or vertical SaaS experience

What You’ll Do You’ll partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps to improve activation and conversion through data‑driven experimentation.
Activation & Onboarding
Improve onboarding and first‑user experience
Reduce time to first value
Identify and remove friction in early user journeys
Conversion Optimization
Improve trial, upgrade, and paywall experiences
Support lifecycle touchpoints (in‑app, SMS, email)
Track and improve free‑to‑paid conversion
User Insights & Experimentation
Analyze user behavior and funnel performance
Support A/B testing and experimentation
Turn insights into shipped product improvements
Execution
Partner cross‑functionally to prioritize and launch initiatives
Help ensure experiments and improvements ship consistently
What Success Looks Like
Improved activation and onboarding completion
Faster time to first value
Increased free‑to‑paid conversion
Consistent experimentation cadence
Clear visibility into funnel performance
