Accountabilities (Responsibilities) In this role, you will lead product marketing strategy and execution while ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the product line to drive growth and market positioning

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitive activity to identify opportunities and customer needs

Define and implement pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals

Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and long-term strategy

Drive customer engagement by supporting sales teams with proposals, insights, and opportunity development

Lead business development initiatives to expand market share and increase revenue across key regions

Act as the main point of contact between product management, sales, engineering, and customers

Provide strategic guidance to support deal closure and long-term customer relationships

Requirements This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, technical understanding, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or similar strategic roles

Strong ability to analyze markets, define customer needs, and translate insights into actionable strategies

Experience managing product lifecycles, including roadmap development and go-to-market execution

Solid understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning

Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, engineering, and cross-functional teams

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly

Engineering degree or technical background is highly preferred

Experience working in industrial, technology, or engineering-driven environments is an advantage

Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver measurable business results

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
