
Private Client Relationship Manager

The Private Client Relationship Manager will fulfill an integral role in developing cohesive relationships with clients by serving as a strategic advisor for coverage related inquiries and analysis, driving renewal efforts, and partnering with Producers on prospective marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an interpersonal and proactive problem solver with demonstrated success in servicing a book of Private Client accounts.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position that will require 3 days/week in our Portland office.
Your Impact:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' unique risks and insurance requirements, including all personal lines
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products and services to existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating claims processes efficiently and discreetly
Educate clients on evolving insurance markets, risk management strategies, and policy changes
Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and represent RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information within the company's CRM system
Collaborate with underwriters, claims specialists, and other internal departments to ensure seamless client service
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the private client insurance market
Successful Candidates Will Have:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a significant focus in Private Client Service
Active OR Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales target
Deep understanding of complex personal lines insurance products and services, including specialty coverages for affluent individuals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360 or Epic, and CRM software preferred
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct
