As an Account Manager in Utility Sales, you will shape commercial priorities by developing account strategies, supporting long‐term plans, and driving sales targets that help bring essential transmission and distribution technologies to the customers who power communities. You will work directly with utility clients—understanding their operating environments, purchasing behaviors, and system needs—while engaging internal teams to deliver solutions that align with Hitachi Energy’s role in modernizing and maintaining critical grid infrastructure.
Your work will influence how customers adopt products such as transformer systems, switchgear, high‐voltage breakers, and other power delivery technologies. You will contribute to grid performance by helping clients identify the right solutions, navigating complex customer expectations, and coordinating internal functions to ensure value is delivered. By participating in strategic account planning and supporting negotiations, you will gain deeper insight into the evolving needs of the utility sector and the technologies shaping the future of the energy landscape.
