This role focuses on BILL’s Accountant Partnerships, our customers’ most trusted financial partners. You will shape narratives, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy for accounting firms to expand client base and services while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong client experiences. BILL enables this with a unified financial operations platform featuring AI-powered automation to increase capacity, visibility, and control, and to deliver higher-value advisory at scale. This role is part of the Product Marketing team, which drives bringing products to market and growing their impact on customers and the business. We articulate product value to resonate with customers, differentiate from competition, and drive adoption, retention, and advocacy. Product Marketing partners closely with Product, Support, Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Growth, Creative, and Legal. As a
Staff Product Marketing Manager , you will shape strategy and drive execution across the full go-to-market lifecycle while supporting growth in key business metrics. This role focuses on strategies and programs to drive acquisition and retention, partnering across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be the voice of the customer in roadmap discussions, develop differentiated positioning and messaging, and orchestrate GTM launches. You’ll lead core functions such as competitive analysis, market research, and customer advocacy. Success is measured by delivery against business metrics and influence across stakeholders.
