Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director, Learning, Engagement, & Culture based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Director will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and enhancement of learning and development initiatives. Responsibilities include managing curriculum development, implementing learning strategies, overseeing learning management systems, and fostering a work culture that prioritizes engagement and professional growth. This role requires regular in-person collaboration while allowing the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems
Strong leadership and team‑building skills
Knowledge of employee engagement and organizational culture strategies
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
