We are supporting the build-out of a specialised consulting team focused on the structural transformation of banks and insurers.
This team works at the intersection of strategy and implementation, helping financial institutions redesign their operating models in response to evolving data, AI and technology landscapes.
The Role
You will work on complex transformation initiatives across banking and insurance clients, with a focus on how operating models, processes and decision-making structures evolve in a data-driven environment. Typical responsibilities include: Structuring complex client problems and developing clear, hypothesis-driven approaches Designing target operating models and transformation roadmaps Translating strategic concepts into implementation-ready initiatives Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and IT Contributing to the development of methodologies and consulting offerings Your Background
We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience in consulting or transformation-focused roles within financial services. You should bring exposure to at least two of the following areas: Operating model or organisational design Data management, data governance or data strategy Process optimisation or process architecture IT strategy or digital transformation AI or analytics use cases What This Role Offers
