What You'll Do

You'll help us win the YouTube algorithm. From metadata to content strategy, you'll drive discoverability for high-impact interviews.

Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for reach and ranking

Research keywords, audience interests, and competitor formats

Draft SEO-rich YouTube descriptions and timestamps for each episode

Track performance via YouTube StudioCTR, watch time, audience retention

Identify high-ranking trends and search-friendly topics for clips & future episodes

Build strategies for external linking (e.g., website, show notes, guest pages)

What You Bring
