The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time photographer and videographer to plug into our in-house marketing machine.

You are not working for random clients.

You are building a visual identity for one of the most dominant real estate brands in the country.

Your work will be seen.

It will be used.

What You Will Do

Capture high-quality real estate photography that makes listings stand out and drives engagement

Film cinematic walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and brand media that tells a story and moves people to act

Create content for listings, social media, events, and behind-the-scenes marketing

Edit quickly, cleanly, and consistently using our systems and standards

Upload and deliver all media same day with accuracy and attention to detail

Represent the brand in person with clients, sellers, and team members

Assist with signage and lockbox placement when needed

Contribute to building one of the most elite real estate media libraries on the East Coast

Your Role

• Take jaw-dropping photographs of homes and spaces that sell with a creative eye for details that make buyers click "book a showing."
• Meet clients and brokers with poise, charisma, and professionalismyou're not just a photographer; you're an ambassador of our brand.
• Manage and upload digital assets same daybecause speed and quality go hand in hand in our game.
• Edit photos quickly and efficiently.
• From living rooms to events, every shot counts, and you know how to tell a story with your lens.
• Deliver and install lockboxes and signage.
• We have drones, cameras, lenses, software, and more.
• We are looking for someone looking to grow!

What You Bring

Compensation $15 hourly + Bonuses
