Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency. Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to streamline workflow and promote teamwork. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer care. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
