Senior Staff Product Manager

To help lead this next chapter we are looking for a Senior Staff Product Manager to drive AI powered marketing intelligence across Mailchimp and its ecosystem. Role Overview & Expectation

This role is for a senior product person who thrives in ambiguity and is motivated by solving complex customer problems at scale. You bring deep customer empathy strong business judgment and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what AI enabled products can do. You are equally comfortable shaping long term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution. You take pride in clear thinking and clear communication and are highly effective at influencing senior leaders through both written and verbal storytelling. You also take extreme ownership and are willing to work across organizational and company boundaries to deliver cohesive end to end customer experiences. Responsibilities

AI Driven Ecosystem Intelligence and Activation: You will lead the strategy and execution for an AI driven ecosystem approach where Mailchimp acts as the intelligence layer across these platforms. This includes defining how Mailchimp ingests signals from third party systems through modern AI and MCP style integrations and translates them into clear actionable insights inside Mailchimp. You will take end to end ownership for working with partner teams and external vendors to stitch these capabilities into a seamless customer experience. Next Generation AI Powered Reporting and Insights: Our customers rely on reporting to understand campaign performance and decide what to do next. Much of this experience today is still static and requires significant manual interpretation. You will own the transformation of reporting into a dynamic AI powered experience. This includes intelligent summarization anomaly and trend detection explanations of why performance changed and clear recommendations for next actions. You will also define interactive and collaborative capabilities such as natural language exploration annotations and deep dives that help customers quickly get to insight with confidence. Omnichannel Marketing Intelligence and Orchestration: As Mailchimp expands into omnichannel marketing across owned and paid channels such as Meta Google TikTok and others you will lead the product vision for unified marketing intelligence and activation. This includes defining how data from multiple platforms comes together into a holistic view of acquisition growth and lifetime value and how customers can act on that intelligence across channels. You will take ownership of the technical and experience orchestration required to enable customers to activate Mailchimp recommended strategies directly into ad platforms and partner systems. This work requires deep cross functional leadership and close collaboration with platform engineering data science partner teams and third party vendors. Qualifications

What You Bring A strong product mindset grounded in customer empathy and business outcomes Deep curiosity about marketing data customer behavior and AI driven experiences Proven ability to write clear executive level narratives including six page strategy documents and leadership ready presentations Confidence presenting complex ideas to senior leadership both in writing and verbally A strong sense of ownership and accountability especially when working across teams partners and external vendors Experience leading complex cross functional initiatives that span product design engineering data and partnerships Comfort operating at the intersection of AI data platforms and user experience Strategic thinking paired with a bias toward execution and learning Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field 6 to 8 years of experience in product management building data driven or platform oriented products Strong technical foundation with the ability to work closely with engineering data science and platform teams Experience owning products that involve complex data pipelines integrations or ecosystem partnerships Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business problems into clear product strategy and execution plans Proven track record of leading cross functional teams and delivering high impact products from concept to launch Strong written and verbal communication skills including experience authoring executive level documents and presenting to senior leadership Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and taking end to end ownership of outcomes Familiarity with AI powered products analytics reporting or business intelligence is strongly preferred Experience working with third party platforms APIs or partner ecosystems is a plus Passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed and curiosity about marketing technology and customer behavior Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
