Director of Sales Strategy and Growth
BetterButter, a Utah-based food company, is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy and Growth. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a proven sales leader who enjoys developing strategy, driving execution, and creating sustainable growth. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience with a strong consumer packaged goods sales leadership, trained by a large food company Proven success in entrepreneurial environments Experience across grocery, mass, natural, club, and private label Excellent leadership and management skills Deep knowledge of grocery retail and food distribution networks Solid understanding of the food distributor network and processes Proven broker management and strong Challenger Sales fundamentals Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight) Ability to travel regularly SCHEDULE: This is a full-time remote position, with extensive travel required.
