Product Development Associate , you will sit at the intersection of design, production, and sourcing — serving as the critical communication bridge that keeps the product pipeline moving with accuracy and speed. You'll manage trim approvals, tech pack documentation, packaging sign-offs, and sample tracking across multiple brand accounts simultaneously. Responsibilities Act as the primary communication liaison between design, production, and overseas factories on all garment and trim specifications Partner with Design, Sales, Technical Design, and Production teams to finalize and execute production trim sheets Resolve trim-related queries and discrepancies between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments with speed and accuracy Proofread and maintain tech packs, trim detail sheets, and design documentation to the highest standard of accuracy Generate and manage complete production trim detail sheets and labelling specifications across all brand accounts Oversee approval of all packaging and labelling layouts, ensuring compliance with brand and account-specific requirements Track and manage all design samples — proto, SMS, photoshoot, QA, and advertising samples — across sample rooms and production stages Maintain strong organizational systems to manage multiple brands, accounts, and seasonal timelines simultaneously Identify process gaps and proactively initiate improvements to streamline product development workflows To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of related experience in apparel industry Hands on experience with fabric, trim, and labelling process Demonstrated experience communicating with overseas vendors, suppliers, production, and design departments Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in PLM Systems (required) Salary Range: 65K – 75K* Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
