Job Summary:

The Channel Marketing Manager leads the alignment and execution of marketing initiatives across sales channels, partnering with sales teams and cross-functional groups, including product and other marketing teams, to coordinate programs, prioritize needs, and ensure consistent high‑impact go‑to–market execution. This role oversees channel‑specific promotions across independent dealers and specialty channels, while driving cross‑channel coordination to deliver a cohesive customer experience and support business performance.

Job Level:

Lead the development and execution of channel marketing initiatives that align sales priorities with broader business objectives.

Manage and develop select brand managers responsible for key categories that drive domestic business performance and profitability.

Partner with sales, service, product, and marketing teams to identify needs, prioritize opportunities, and translate them into effective channel programs, leveraging field representatives to support execution.

Own cross‑channel promotional planning, ensuring initiatives are aligned, well‑timed, and optimized across independent dealer and specialty channels.

Oversee the execution of channel‑specific programs, ensuring consistency in messaging, merchandising, and overall customer experience.

Act as the central point of coordination across teams to drive alignment and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Enable the sales organization by developing programs and tools that support strong in‑market execution and strengthen channel relationships.

Monitor program performance and apply insights to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall business impact.

Manage budgets and resources to support channel marketing initiatives and ensure effective investment.

Job Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in channel, trade, or retail environments.

Experience working with independent bicycle retailers or within the bicycle industry is preferred.

Experience partnering with or supporting an outside sales organization.Experience working with field‑based teams (e.g., sales, demo, or technical representatives).

Strong understanding of retail and channel dynamics, including in‑market execution.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed to support sales teams and channel partners.

Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
