Development Director of Greater Waco
The Development Director of Greater Waco serves as both an ambassador and financial catalyst for Mentoring Alliance. This role leads local development efforts and directly engages with donors to grow revenue and advance the mission. Key Result Areas Lead Development in Greater Waco:
In collaboration with the ED of Greater Waco and the VP of Development, sets fundraising goals for the region and establishes an annual fundraising plan. Major Gift Cultivation:
Manages a portfolio of 100-125 active major gift investors and prospects. Qualifications: A college degree and at least 5 years of experience Mentoring Alliance program experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required Experience in website research preferred General clerical/secretarial/administrative experience preferred Excellent organizational skills required.
