Our Newest Opportunity The Sales Compensation Manager will focus on producer compensation for a group of offering verticals and be responsible for a team of Sales Compensation Analysts’ day-to-day operations administering variable compensation to producers across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, train… be a leader for a team of Sales Compensation Analysts
Lead production and validation of the monthly producer compensation process
Act as a point of contact to coordinate, address, and resolve any tools or sales compensation related issues, including escalated producer compensation inquiries
Ensure the integrity of CRM systems as it pertains to producer compensation
Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, processes, and systems, not limited to requirement gathering through implementation support
Work cross-functionally across the organization (Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Financial Planning, Accounting, and IT) to enhance knowledge and understanding
Supervise the onboarding process as it relates to sales compensation for new and recent acquisitions
Perform Ad-hoc analysis / reporting and additional responsibilities as requested
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts utilizing strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong and effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve problems
Ability to maintain confidentiality, think critically, and execute accurate detailed work
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and take an active part in new projects
Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office D365 preferred
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
