Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst. In this role, you will lead complex Salesforce projects, provide strategic advice to clients, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact IT solutions. Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, assess existing IT environments, and recommend tailored solutions. Project Leadership:

Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Team Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure effective knowledge sharing. Technology Implementation:

Drive the deployment and integration of IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with the Salesforce tool in a business analyst or requirements analyst role. 5 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role. Proven expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software. Strong project management skills; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. What We Offer
