We're not a lead serviceyou're paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed. Industry Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For We need reliable roofers who can perform: Roof Inspections & Diagnostics Leak detection Storm damage assessment Flashing and ventilation inspections Moisture or mold risk identification Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance Shingle/tile replacement Nail pops, small puncture patches Sealant application at vents and flashing Gutter cleaning and minor repairs Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required) Tear-offs and underlayment installation Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.) Soffit/fascia board replacement Attic ventilation solutions Job Documentation Before/during/after photos Clear notes in portal for each job Material needs communicated up front
