We are looking for a Group Product Manager, Marketing Channels to lead the core execution surfaces that power growth for millions of Mailchimp customers. As Mailchimp expands beyond traditional email marketing into Social Marketing and Advertising, this team owns the strategy and evolution of our primary customer engagement channels. In this role, you will define the multi-year vision for how our channels evolve into an intelligent, AI-powered, and deeply integrated omnichannel growth system. You will lead a team of senior product managers focused on simplifying execution, scaling innovation, and delivering cohesive cross-channel experiences that help businesses connect with customers and grow with confidence. 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience leading marketing technology, advertising, messaging, or channel-based products in SaaS environments. Proven success managing and developing senior product managers and leading teams through complex, multi-quarter initiatives. Deep understanding of email marketing, social media platforms, advertising ecosystems, APIs, and channel performance measurement. Experience building AI- or automation-driven capabilities such as generative content, predictive optimization, targeting, or performance recommendations. Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, experimentation frameworks, and scalable system design with engineering and data partners. Demonstrated ability to define multi-year strategy while delivering measurable near-term business impact. Data-driven mindset with experience defining and operationalizing product and business metrics to guide prioritization and measure outcomes.
