
Senior Event Specialist – Executive Briefing Center (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Designing and executing Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs for strategic customers and prospects
Partnering with Sales and account teams to understand business objectives and tailor briefing agendas
Managing end-to-end logistics for executive briefings including scheduling, travel coordination, room setup, and onsite experience
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Executive presenters to curate compelling, customer‑specific content
Delivering a white‑glove, high‑touch experience for senior‑level attendees
Ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all briefing experiences
Managing briefing calendars, documentation, and internal systems
Tracking program success, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of event marketing, executive briefings, or high‑touch customer engagement programs in B2B technology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with senior stakeholders and executives
Skill in delivering highly personalized, premium experiences
Comfortable managing fast‑paced, detail‑oriented programs with evolving needs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
Open to occasional travel to support briefing programs and team initiatives
Compensation Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For U.S. based candidates only, the base salary ranges from $76,100 – $136,900 per year; salary is determined by various factors including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location. Compensation may also include incentive compensation opportunities such as annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
