Director of Creator Acquisition
ShopYourLikes, a Connexity company, is building a dynamic creator monetization platform. The Director of Creator Acquisition will lead the continued growth of high‑performing creators on our platform, focusing on identifying, engaging, and recruiting performance‑driven creators who generate real commerce through affiliate partnerships.

High‑performing creators joining ShopYourLikes who drive meaningful affiliate revenue and product sales
Growth in creators who treat commerce as a core part of their business
A strong pipeline of high‑potential creators and a repeatable creator acquisition engine
Building up a high‑performing creator community to support our growing sponsorship business
Soft Skills & Leadership Traits
High level of initiative and ownership; operates as a self‑starter in a builder environment
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value and influence decisions
Ability to earn trust quickly with creators and establish credibility in conversations about their business
Resilient and persistent, with comfort managing long sales cycles and multiple touchpoints
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage outreach and track performance
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics (GMV, conversion rates, earnings per creator)
Familiarity with key creator platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Storefront)
Ability to leverage data and tools to identify high‑potential creators and prioritize outreach
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive outcomes
Requirements
8+ years in the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
Proven sales and business development instincts, with experience closing partnerships and driving pipeline
Experience recruiting and partnering with commerce‑driven creators
Strong understanding of affiliate monetization, conversion dynamics, and creator earnings models
Deep understanding of the creator landscape, including the conferences, events, and meet‑ups that matter most
Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and conversion tracking
Strong relationship‑building skills with both creators and internal leadership

Compensation OTE Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 USD. Compensation may include commission, equity, 401(k) match, and other perks. This position is hybrid with 2 in‑office days per week in Santa Monica.
