Pricing Strategy Manager

IDR is seeking a Pricing Strategy Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading pricing and revenue management projects within a dynamic commercial excellence environment, supporting a major consulting firm. The position offers the chance to work on analytical and strategic initiatives that shape client pricing frameworks and optimize revenue. Position Overview for the Pricing Strategy Manager Lead and manage analytical workstreams related to pricing strategy, price optimization, and revenue management engagements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating design sessions, setting expectations, and building trusted relationships. Design analytical approaches for pricing projects, utilizing methodologies such as conjoint analysis, price elasticity modeling, and value-based pricing frameworks. Apply AI tools to enhance the quality and speed of analysis, guiding teams in operationalizing AI-driven insights. Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring quality deliverables across engagements. Requirements for the Pricing Strategy Manager MBA from a leading program and 3–4 years of post-MBA management consulting experience with progression toward leadership roles. Proven ability to independently manage a consulting workstream, including timelines, team guidance, and client interactions. Strong client management skills: ability to build trust, navigate difficult conversations, and influence senior stakeholders. Deep fluency in pricing strategy methodologies and the ability to translate them into cohesive frameworks. Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools in a professional context to accelerate research and improve deliverables. What's in it for you?
