Milk Agency is seeking a talented and motivated Motion & Design Intern to join our creative team. This role focuses on motion graphics, video editing, and overall graphic design support for our diverse client projects. As a Creative Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment while contributing to high-end content creation. ****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN INTERNSHIP AND ONLY SUBMISSIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE CONSIDERED**** Responsibilities Support video editing and post-production for projects Create and animate motion graphics using After Effects and similar tools Assist with organizing and managing source footage and digital assets Help prepare equipment for shoots and provide on-set support as needed Contribute to creative brainstorming for motion graphics and video concepts Edit rough cuts and assist researching footage Create basic animations and visual effects for social media and digital content Maintain organized project files and assist with asset management Support the team with research and reference gathering for stylistic approaches Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program Design, Film, Motion Design, Digital Media, or related field Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects Basic understanding of animation principles and motion graphics techniques Portfolio showing video editing, motion graphics, and/or animation samples Ability to follow creative direction while contributing fresh ideas Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with best practices for video production workflows Understanding of current trends in digital/social video content Additional Information Compensation: $20 per hour, based on skills and experience Hours: Up to 28 hours per week Duration: 3-month internship with possibility of extension Location: NYC, with flexible/hybrid work schedule on site 2x days a week Milk Agency is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
